LOS ANGELES, August 22, 2016 – Best known for his role as “Mini-Me” in the hit Austin Powers comedy film series, Verne Troyer has signed with Studio71, the media company and multichannel network of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group, to expand his online presence. Troyer has already enjoyed success on YouTube with his own original content along with collaborating with top digital influencers including Logan Paul, Roman Atwood, Phil DeFranco and Steve Zaragoza.

“We got to know Verne through some of his collabs, but have been fans of his work for a long time, so we couldn’t be more excited about working with him,” said Dan Weinstein, President Studio71. “Verne’s worked with some of the biggest brands in the traditional space for years and we’re excited to expand his reach and connect him with brands looking to grow their digital presence and develop new creative properties.”

Troyer is the most recent mainstream star to work with Studio71. Others include #1 best-selling author James Patterson, actress Shay Mitchell and global super star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
